[Resolved] Issue Causing Album Display Error for Some Users (and How to Restore Your Favorites)
Thank you for using FamilyAlbum.
Earlier today it came to our attention that certain users were experiencing an issue where a “Couldn’t find an album” error message was shown instead of their album.
This issue has been resolved. If you are still encountering an error message, please restart your FamilyAlbum app.
If you experienced this issue, unfortunately your Favorites won’t be restored automatically. Please follow the steps below to restore your Favorites:
How to Restore Your Favorites
- Open your FamilyAlbum app and go to the Settings tab
- Tap “Cache Settings”
- Tap “Refresh Cache”
