[Resolved] Issue Causing FamilyAlbum to Crash for Some iPhone/iPad Users

It has come to our attention that certain iPhone/iPad users are experiencing an issue that causes the FamilyAlbum app to crash when opened.
Uninstalling FamilyAlbum will not resolve the issue. If anyone you know is experiencing this issue, please tell them to not uninstall the app.
We’re currently working hard to fix this as quickly as possible. We’ll make another announcement once this issue has been resolved.
