FamilyAlbum: Support for those affected by the LA wildfires

Our hearts go out to the victims, their families and relatives, and all those affected by the wildfires which broke out around Los Angeles on January 7, 2025.

We would like to offer reshipment (free of charge) of products purchased from FamilyAlbum that were damaged or lost due to the disaster.

Eligible Products:

  • Photo prints
  • Photo albums
  • Photobooks
  • Calendars
  • DVDs
  • Wall art
    *Please understand that it may not be possible to support very old orders, or if the photos used have been removed from FamilyAlbum. Please contact us to see if we can help.

Free Delivery Period:
January 7,︎ 2025︎ – January 6, 2026
This period may be extended depending on the situation.

How to Contact Us:
If you lost FamilyAlbum photo products in the disaster, please open the app, go to the Settings tab, and tap “Inquiries” or go to the Store tab and tap “My Orders” to contact us.

  • Please ensure you mention the damaged or lost product to be replaced in your initial message.
  • If you wish for the product to be sent to a different location than it was previously sent to, please provide the new delivery details as well.
  • Items given or received as gifts are also eligible. If possible, please have the person who ordered the product contact us.
  • To ensure delivery, please be sure to provide us the exact zip code and address to be delivered to.

If you have FamilyAlbum products that have been damaged due to flooding or home damage caused by natural disasters in other areas, please contact us and tell us about your situation.

We understand how devastating natural disasters can be, and we would like to help you protect your precious memories in any way we can.

We hope the lives of those affected by this disaster will be restored to normalcy as soon as possible.
